Our Process
How does our process work?
People with requests for assistance can access resources by calling to the Love INC office (712-476-5990) and going through the Connection Process with a friendly staff member/volunteer. The Connection Process is our way to gain knowledge and information about our neighbors and the challenges they are facing. This is also our opportunity to pray with those we serve. After this process, appropriate referrals can be made through the Love INC network of churches and community agencies.
What do you need to know?
- The neighbors we serve must reside in our service area of Sioux County. However, we may be able to provide phone numbers for neighboring counties for resource information.
- Our Connection Process is most often done over the phone for convenience, however, if you prefer to have an in-person appointment you can call ahead to schedule a time.
- Regular and on-going access to resources is possible through participation in our Love & Learn Transformational Ministry classes.
